The New York Wine Expo is a three-day event targeting both consumer and trade, with Sunday being solely for trade. 3,629 consumers and 1,778 wine trade attended the event in 2011.

This event attracts attendees from New York as well as northern New Jersey and southern Connecticut, also large wine consuming markets.

Consumer demographics from 2010: 56% between 30-49 years old, 75% purchase 1 – 3 bottles a week.  This event is co-located with the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York, which attracts 18,000 hospitality industry professionals who are allowed free admission into the event.
