New Brand Director for The Millton Vineyard
Lifting the profile and distribution of the Millton brand portfolio is an exciting challenge for The Millton Vineyard’s newly appointed Brand Director Simon Gardiner.
In announcing Mr Gardiner’s appointment owner and artisan winegrower, James Millton, said he was delighted to have attracted a person of Mr Gardiner’s calibre to this newly created role.
“We are looking to increase our sales and distribution footprint, increase profitability and maximise awareness of our unique certified organic and biodynamic story. Simon will be working closely with both our domestic and international distributors to take The Millton Vineyard brands to a new level.”
Having held the position of Marketing Director for Gisborne Winegrowers and previous to this a Senior Brand Manager role at Fosters Group (now Treasury Wine Estates) Mr Gardiner has extensive experience and knowledge of the wine industry.
During his two years with Gisborne Winegrowers, Mr Gardiner launched the highly successful Gisborne Wine Centre, established the Gisborne Regional Wine Awards and delivered two sell-out Gisborne Wine & Food Festivals.
