Bibby Wines just happened out of neccessity - they say if life gives you lemons, ask for tequila & salt. Only in this case we had grapes and with no contract for our crop, the only thing to do was make wine. Lucky for us we were introduced to a passionate-about-pinot wine-maker. We've learnt to cope with each others' idiosyncrasies which is not hard when we're all after the same end result - a decent bottle of wine! Wine-man returned for the following vintage (2010) and once again we have ruby-red pinot maturing in tanks and barrels.
