Clearly a very small vineyard by NZ standard. Marguerite and Jean-Charles grow their fruit on narrowly spaced rows of manicured vines. All handed picked, the grapes travel in bins to the winery on site where they are transferred, gently by gravity, to the press or the fermenting pots. The name refers to this "enclosed" and all inclusive wine growing concept as well as being a tribute to Marguerite's commitment to produce unique, fantastic wines.
