Gibbston Highgate Estate was established in 1994. The cool climate of Gibbston Valley bears on the complexity and intense flavours of wines.
Wines include the SOULTAKER PINOT NOIR, DREAMMAKER PINOT GRIS and HEARTBREAKER CHARDONNAY. The range of wines has been branded to make them “speak” to the customers, each with their own unique name and story.No animal products are used in processing wines. Pinot Noir is not filtered.
