There’s a small block in our vineyards in Marlborough with clay-based earth that has little black stones scattered through it.
Winemaker Ant Moore took the grapes from this vineyard and made a wine that we named Little Black Stone because that's what we call the block. It is a wine that captures the classic Marlborough grassiness and delivers subtle tropical fruit undertones.
