At the heart of Maven Wines is a passionate desire to create serious wines that are fun to share. Our stunning vineyard in the Wairau Valley, Marlborough is located in the renowned Rapaura district, an area which the UK Telegraph terms “ the spiritual home of Sauvignon Blanc”. Among Maven’s key successes to date has been a Blue Gold at the Sydney International Wine Challenge, March 2011 for their 2008 Chardonnay. Bronze at the London International Wine Challenge 2009 for their 2008 Pinot Gris and a Gold at the International Wine Challenge, May 2008 for their 2007 Maven Sauvignon Blanc.
