Omaka Springs Estates is owned by Geoff and Robina Jensen, located in the Southern Valleys of Marlborough, New Zealand. Omaka is a Maori word meaning “The place where the stream flows.”
It consists of 183 acres of vineyards and olive trees which benefit from the natural springs that wind through the estate. All of the grapes used in the Omaka Estates wine are grown and harvested by Omaka.
Winemaker, Ian Marchant then uses a combination of traditional winemaking techniques and modern technology in the on site winery to create award winning wines.
