The Supernatural is a single estate Sauvignon Blanc produced from a stunning hillside site in Hawke's Bay by And Co Ltd. The 8.8ha estate faces directly north on calcareous soils with slopes up to 30 degrees. The estate is farmed organically and the wine vinified naturally by owner and winemaker Gabrielle Simmers.
The first release was from the stellar 2009 vintage, annual production 4,000 cases. Gabrielle and partner Greg Collinge also own luxury vineyard retreat Millar Road - www.millarroad.co.nz which overlooks the estate vineyard.
