The over-riding philosophy at Elephant Hill is about quality. We believe that great wines are hand-made wines where meticulous attention to detail will result in the highest quality wine. Our grapes are hand-picked from sustainably accredited vineyards, hand sorted and vinified in small batches. We have our own winery waste water treatment plant which recycles the water used. At Elephant Hill the winemaking is driven by tradition while not losing sight of what innovation can bring to the blend.
