Lowering usage

The winery has been investigating methods to reduce the energy consumption. Cold stabilisation is done in winter in insulated tanks and malolactic fermentations are done in spring/summer. The refrigeration plant is turned off for 6 months of the year, which further improve energy efficiencies.
A wind turbine and solar panels on the winery roof could be making an appearance in the not so distant future.
