Those in the know, know there’s so much more to New Zealand than our world-class Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.

Hosted by New Zealand Master of Wine Stephen Wong and with menus by acclaimed Melbourne Chef and French Saloon Owner Ian Curley, a theme of Heart, Land and Sea anchors the menu and matched wine, showcasing the rich offerings of New Zealand’s food and wine scene, exploring the impact of place and culture.
