In the pod below we have put together some great tips and resources to help you stay fit and healthy as well as understand more about the importance of mental wellbeing. There are also many useful links through to health professionals.
Why is mental wellbeing so important and how can we stay fit and well?

These sessions are about staying well, taking action and finding your purpose. They will :

Normalise discussions on mental well-being and asking for/ offering help
Provide a focused time out in your busy life to reset your ‘clock’ and reconnect with your purpose and future goals.
Highlight the importance of looking after your mind as well as body.
Help you understand yourself, your values and your purpose and recognise if you are living these at home and at work.
Help you feel motivated to reach your personal and career goals and seize your future.
Provide tools to reset and motivate including breathing well and exploring mindfulness.
Encourage you to cut through the information overload that can stress us out even more and take the relevant and appropriate action for yourself.
