The 2021 Classic Reds Symposium will host 35 international attendees, who will participate in a full day Classic Reds Masterclass, showcasing the best examples of these varieties, to highly targeted themes.
The Symposium festivities will commence in Hawke’s Bay on the afternoon of Saturday 27 February, with an open-air walkaround tasting followed by a Welcome Dinner. The following day, guests will attend a full day immersive New Zealand Classic Reds Masterclass led by Emma Jenkins MW, before closing the day, and the Classic Reds Symposium, at a celebratory Farewell Dinner under the Hawke’s Bay sky.
The Symposium will be a celebration of all things ‘Classic Reds’ in New Zealand. An exceptional opportunity for international wine trade and media from all over the globe to taste, debate and enjoy New Zealand Classic Reds, New Zealand cuisine, New Zealand hospitality and the quintessence of New Zealand itself.
