Go You! Workshops

here I come
Here I Come

Go You! aims to help boost morale, reignite enthusiasm following the challenging 2020, enhance mental wellbeing and provide tools and resources to support this.

The workshops will cover the importance of mental wellbeing and tips on how to look after yourself and others, as well as resetting goals and generally help you feel raring to go again in 2021!

The presenters will be Fiona Fenwick and Nicky Grandorge.

The workshops are relevant to everyone working in the wine industry in all roles and of all ages.

It is hoped these workshops will:

  • Help individuals feel upbeat and motivated
  • Encourage everyone to look out for each other and look after themselves
  • Encourage managers to look at mental wellbeing policies in their organisations
