New Zealand Winegrowers plan to exhibit for the second time with a New Zealand Wine pavilion.  

Wine Paris 2026 brought together the global wine and spirits industry, fostering business, connections, and insights in an event that continues to grow in scale and international influence.  

Wine Paris has seen impressive growth in recent years: 

2026 63,541 visitors from 169 countries, Exhibitors 6,537

In particular, please note: 

Fee 
The participation fee will be invoiced as follows: 

50% Fee. Invoice Date 1: 17/04/2026 (due date 20/05/2026) 

50% Fee. Invoice Date 2: 17/07/2026 (due date 20/08/2026) 

Participation fees must be paid to the nominated account by the dates shown above. 
 

Cancellation policy 
Where a Participating Winery cancels its participation in the Event, due to costs borne by NZW, no refund will be payable. NZW may, at its discretion, attempt to find another NZW member to take over the Participating Winery’s booth. If so, NZW will refund the Fee paid to it after deduction of reasonable expenses. 

Additional conditions 
The Participating Winery’s participation option (i.e. booth) is dependent on NZW receiving the Event space and is guaranteed only once NZW has received confirmation of this from the Event organisers. Notwithstanding the cancellation policy above, if this confirmation is not received, NZW will refund any Fee already paid to it.

  • $ 24150 Premium Booth **  

  • $ 31050 Super Premium Booth *** 

  • $ 40250 Super Premium Booth+ **** 

* Standard Booth (counter 0.5m length, access to book shared meeting tables, shared storage cupboard & shared fridge under the counter. Recommended to show a maximum of 6 SKU’s. A maximum of 2 winery principals to be on a standard booth pouring wines at one time) 

** Premium Booth (counter 1m length, private meeting table to seat 4, private storage & fridge per booth. Recommended to show a maximum of 6-12 SKU’s)  

*** Super Premium Booth (counter 2m length, private meeting tables x 2 to seat 4, private storage & fridge per booth. Recommended to show a maximum of 12-18 SKU’s)  

**** Super Premium Booth+ (counter 0.5m x 4, private meeting tables x 2 to seat 6, private storage & fridge per booth. Recommended to show a maximum of 18-24 SKUs)  

Included in all options: 

  • Event management 

  • Display logo & company name 

  • Equipment (Glassware, spittoons, ice buckets, ice) 

  • Consolidated shipment organisation (shipping cost not included) 

  • Catering (lunch, refreshments, coffee, bottled water, post show drinks) 

  • Exhibitor Passes for show entry (3 exhibitor passes are included for each participating winery. Further exhibitor passes can be purchased for 18 Euros each)  

  • Co Exhibitor registration fee (1 entry per participating winery. If you would like to register more brands there will be an additional charge of 490 Euros per registration)
