Te Pae Christchurch, The Rivers Room
Thursday 28 August 2025
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm (timings to be confirmed)

This year we shine a spotlight on sustainability as we celebrate 30 years of Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand (SWNZ) - a milestone truly worth raising a glass to.

You can check out the 2024 events here.

Join us in celebrating 30 years of SWNZ.

As one of the first sustainability programmes to be established in the global wine sector, today 98% of New Zealand’s vineyard producing area is SWNZ certified and 10% operates under recognised certified organic programmes. With that level of participation, our sustainability credentials are unique and respected around the world.

Sustainability is the passion of our people, running through all that we are, and all that we do. As we acknowledge the significant milestone in 2025 of three decades of Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand, we know there is more work to be done. We believe that every little bit counts, and together we can achieve extraordinary things.

When designing this event, our team has kept sustainability front of mind. Te Pae Christchurch, an award-winning green venue, shares this commitment, supporting environmentally responsible events through practices such as locally sourced produce and waste-free event styling. Their team is crafting an exceptional menu for our dinner that celebrates local, sustainable, and delicious ingredients.

We encourage you to secure your seat at the table for an evening of incredible food, world-class wine, and a shared moment of celebration.
