Established in 2000 by the Thomas family, the Greystone vineyard flourishes within the limestone and clay hills of New Zealand’s Waipara Valley. Embracing organic regenerative practices, the north-facing slopes have been transformed into an idyllic setting for growing grapes, resulting in wines characterized by a distinctive minerality and abundant richness.
