Hunter's Wines are recognized as one of the pioneers of the Marlborough region. Established by the late Ernie Hunter in 1979 the company is now managed by Jane Hunter and her nephews, James and Edward Macdonald. Hunter's won initial acclaim in 1986 at the London Sunday Times Wine Festival and have gone on to win numerous international awards and trophies. Hunter's search for excellence never ceases with new varietals, winemaking techniques and branding constantly changing to keep true to their commitment of "bringing world class wines to the world".
