Winemaker Tony Bish has established this family brand with a unique proposition. This brand will only produce wines made from the Chardonnay grape, as this is Tony's main passion in wine. As such, Tony Bish Wines is Australasia's only Chardonnay specialist. Wines are made in The Urban Winery, an icon of Art Deco buildings in the port district Ahuriri of Napier. The Urban Winery offers wine tastings of regional Hawke's Bay wines as well as Tony Bish Chardonnay's, craft beer tastings, tapas style menu, live music and hospitality area from Wednesday to Sunday.
