These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the licensing and use of Images provided and or downloaded from the New Zealand Winegrowers website. All of the Images are owned or licenced to New Zealand Winegrowers.
Provided that you comply with these Terms, NZW grants you a non-exclusive, royalty free, non transferable licence to use these images.
The Images provided to you by download from New Zealand Winegrowers Incorporated (NZW) are free to use if these Terms and Conditions of use are followed. These terms and conditions may be amended by NZW without notice from time to time. Amendments will be effective at the time the amended terms and conditions are posted on this website. You are responsible for ensuring you are aware of the current terms and conditions. All due care and attention has been exercised in the preparation of the information contained in this document.
Use of the Images
The Images must be used to promote New Zealand wine. It must not be used in paid advertising unless prior written approval has been given by NZW. It must not be commercialised or sold unless prior written consent from NZW is provided.
You agree not to alter, modify, reproduce, communicate to the public, or otherwise deal with the Images except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If you wish to reproduce, alter, modify or publish the Images (including online), you must seek written consent from New Zealand Winegrowers. You agree to provide NZW with a copy of the publication/alteration or modification at a reasonable time prior to the publication for consent. You may only use the Images once consented by NZW.
If NZW has consented to any reproduction, alteration, modification or publication of the Image, NZW (or where NZW holds a licence, the owner of the Image) must be appropriately credited as the source of the Image. For example – source: New Zealand Winegrowers Inc. or source: New Zealand Winegrowers Inc, [Photograph owner, as specified in the Image Gallery].
Intellectual property
The Images is protected by copyright and other laws of New Zealand, and other similar laws and international conventions abroad. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Images and the NZW logo depicted therein all belong to NZW.
If a NZW logo is watermarked in the Image, the Image is trademarked by NZW. You must not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce that trademark for any reason without NZW’s prior written approval.
No inappropriate use of Images
Other than the use agreed in these Terms and Conditions or consented by New Zealand Winegrowers you must not use the Images in a way that may harm the reputation of NZW or New Zealand wine.
