She was the co-host of the popular podcast, The Crush, as well as a regular presenter on various TV shows. Clive Jones, Winemaker / General Manager, Nautilus Estate

Clive Jones joined Nautilus Estate as Winemaker in August 1998. After completing the 2020 season, he is now a 29 vintage veteran of the Marlborough wine industry. Clive originally trained as an industrial chemist before being drawn to the wine industry as a passionate wine consumer.  Armed with a degree in Chemistry and a strong analytical mind he joined Selaks Wines in Auckland just before vintage in 1992 and completed a second degree in applied science (wine science) by distance education at Charles Sturt University. Clive has completed vintages at WillaKenzie Estate in Oregon and Domain Dujac in Burgundy and oversaw the design and construction on the Nautilus Pinot Noir cellar in 2000 and white wine cellar in 2006. He has also overseen the purchase or establishment of over 70 ha of Estate vineyards for Nautilus Estate in Marlborough. He is a past Chair of Marlborough Winegrowers and is the current Deputy Chair of New Zealand Winegrowers.

Erica Crawford, Owner / Viticulturist, Loveblock 

Erica started adult life as an aspirant research scientist in cardiac medicine, but it is her skill in building brands and exports that gained her international recognition. She co-founded Kim Crawford Wines in the back room of her central Auckland cottage and proceeded to build a stellar NZ wine brand, later sold to Constellation Brands. Kim Crawford is now the biggest NZ wine brand in the lucrative USA and Canadian markets. Erica now focuses on organic farming and winemaking with her new project, Loveblock and will be graduating as a viticulturist in July. Erica was inducted into the Business Hall of Fame for Women Entrepreneurs in 2016 and was a finalist in the inaugural Woman of Influence Awards. She sits on the Advisory Board of the NZ US Council and mentors young women via Global Women, the Co of Women and Women in Wine organizations.

Julian Grounds, Chief Winemaker, Craggy Range

Western Australia-born Julian Grounds has been working in wineries and vineyards since the age of 17. After graduating Dux from his Oenology and Viticulture studies, and receiving the Leeuwin Award for future leadership, Julian was awarded a scholarship to make Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnays in Burgundy. After stints in Margaret River, Central Otago, and Oregon, Julian took up a role as Senior Winemaker at Giant Steps in the Yarra Valley, before returning to Margaret River to join McHenry Hohnen as Chief Winemaker in early 2017. Later that year, he graduated Dux of the Len Evans Tutorial in the Hunter Valley. Julian joined Craggy Range as Chief Winemaker in January 2019, bringing his enthusiasm for contributing to the constant evolution of wine, together with his desire to help consumers understand and enjoy what they are drinking.
