We deliberately installed a false headland through blocks 2 and 3, at the expense of productivity. Why? To give our team - when pruning or leaf-plucking - a mental and physical rest. Research has proven when people do these physical tasks, after certain distances, quality and concentration drops. Having this false headland means our team naturally take a rest, stay happy and maintain quality.
