Maxim Wines is a new wine producer in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. We make
small batches of beautiful, handcrafted wines and have a particular
passion for Hawke’s Bay Chenin Blanc and Syrah. Our fruit comes from
carefully selected sites and growers in the region. Our winemaking
approach is gentle, with minimal handling and additions.
