Established in 2005 and named after a landmark site on Marlborough’s Wairau River, Rock Ferry is a family-owned organic wine estate based in Marlborough with vineyards in two key sub-regions of Marlborough, Rapaura and the Southern Valleys and the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago.
Rock Ferry employs an exceptional team of dedicated winegrowers turning their skills to create a range of cool climate, sustainably grown wine styles expressive of site. These wines range from Southern Valleys hillside Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc from riverbed gravels in Rapaura, sparkling wines made from Pinot Blanc and alternative reds including Cabernet Franc grown in Marlborough and Tempranillo grown in the semi-arid hills of Bendigo, Central Otago.
