Ashwood Estate is the result of good friends Murray McPhail and Nick Nobilo. Murray had been growing grapes on his land for 17 years on the Poverty Bay flats when Nick helped him to create the Ashwood Estate Pinot Gris. The wine is Alscace-style, salmon straw in colour with honeysuckle notes. Gorgeous flavours and a rich oily consistency are elements of this great wine.
