Based in Europe, Felicity Carter is the founder of the Drinks Insider podcast and research consultancy, as well as Editorial Director of Areni Global, the fine wine think tank headquartered in London. Previously, she was the founding Executive Editor of The Drop at Pix, editorial consultant for Liv-ex, and Editor-in-Chief of Meininger’s Wine Business International, which she built into the world’s premier business publication, with subscribers in 38 countries. Her work has appeared in The Age and Sydney Morning Herald newspapers in Australia, and in The Guardian US, among many others. She is a well-known keynote speaker.

Andrew Shedden - Head of Fine Wine, Endeavour Group

Andrew Shedden is the Head of Fine Wine for Endeavour Group, Australia's largest retail drinks network and largest licenced hotel portfolio. Andrew and his team are the key relationships for small-medium sized Australian, NZ and international wineries who work with the Group and they manage the ranging, pricing and promotion of all fine wine end-to-end across the Dan Murphy's, BWS, and Langton's businesses. Andrew has over 10 years' experience in Liquor retail in Australia, working across multiple businesses and categories and prior to joining the retail sector, he worked in the Management Consulting industry across several major industries. Outside of work, Andrew also spends most of his spare time surrounded by wine, whether that is studying it (WSET Diploma 2018), making it (terribly!) or simply enjoying it.

Rachel O’Shea - COO & Co-Founder, Yabble

Rachel has uniquely extensive experience in both wine and AI. Having worked globally in the wine industry for 15+ years she brings a deep understanding of the industry combined with running one of the world’s leading businesses using Generative AI for insights. As a co-founder of Yabble, she’s worked with Generative AI technology since it’s early commercial inception. Helping global companies drive efficiencies, process improvements and new and different ways to do business more effectively.

Simon Limmer - CEO, Indevin Group

Simon has an affinity with New Zealand primary industries and takes real pride in showcasing premium New Zealand brands to the world. He has recently taken over the reigns from Duncan MacFarlane at Indevin, having previously been Chief Executive of New Zealand’s largest meat exporter Silver Fern Farms for six years. That followed ten years where he held various roles with Zespri, producing and marketing kiwifruit internationally. Prior to that Simon spent 14 years in various locations overseas working for French environmental services business Veolia.

René de Monchy - Chief Executive, Tourism New Zealand

René de Monchy joined Tourism New Zealand (TNZ) in August 2015 bringing 20 years' global experience in consumer-led businesses, including local and international marketing roles for Fonterra and Heineken and Asia Pacific Breweries in Singapore. Prior to becoming TNZ’s Chief Executive in April 2021, René was TNZ’s Interim Chief Executive for four months. Before this, René was TNZ’s Director Commercial. In this role René led teams across international markets and business events, responsible for identifying key markets and audiences to travel to New Zealand. René also led the development of TNZ’s Aviation Strategy to guide partnerships with international airlines including establishing Memorandum of Understandings with major airlines including Air New Zealand. René is passionate about the tourism sector and active in tourism industry engagement, undertaking regular speaking engagements and panel discussions. He is a member of the following boards and panels:

Mark Tanner - Founder and Managing Director, China Skinny

Mark Tanner is the founder and MD of China Skinny, a market research, strategy and branding agency based in Shanghai. Since 2011, he’s worked with over 300 brands including Adidas, Nike, IKEA, P&G, Colgate, Reckitt, Panasonic, Siemens, Tourism Australia, Fonterra, Zespri and Villa Maria. Kevin Roberts - Founder, Red Rose Consulting

Kevin Roberts is an international business leader, founder, consultant and educator. His company Red Rose Consulting counsels business leaders and employees globally on creative thinking, marketing, and leadership.
Kevin’s career was built in sales, marketing, and leadership roles at Mary Quant, Gillette, Procter & Gamble, Pepsi-Co, Lion Nathan, Saatchi & Saatchi (17 years as CEO Worldwide) and Publicis Groupe. Kevin has authored several books including 64 Shots: Leadership in a Crazy World and Lovemarks: The Future Beyond Brands, published in 18 languages.
Kevin is Honorary Professor of Creative Leadership at Lancaster University, Honorary Professor of Innovation and Creativity at the University of Auckland Business School (New Zealand), and Honorary Professor of Leadership and Innovation at the University of Victoria School of Business (Canada). He is a former director of the New Zealand Rugby Union and former chairman of USA Rugby. He also served on the Board of New Zealand Football and as
a Trustee for a Team New Zealand America’s Cup challenge.
In 2013 Kevin, a New Zealand citizen, was made a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit (CNZM) for services to business and the community. Currently he sits on the Boards of UK grocer Booths, The Herdy Company and Oldham Athletic Football Club.
