It's important to stay mentally fit and always useful to have some tools for managing stress in our backpocket.
This online course run by BlueSkyMinds will provide you with techniques to manage stress and pressure which you can draw on instantly in moments of stress, as well as practice regularly to maintain your mental fitness.

This course consists of 4 x 1 hour sessions which will run over four weeks. You will learn great techniques in all sessions, so it doesn't matter if you can’t attend them all. Of course the more you attend the better.
These are interactive sessions working with the facilitator and other members of the group (a maximum of 12 people). Cameras and microphones will generally be in use to facilitate interaction, however, there is an option to turn off if preferred.
