Go You! Courses with BlueSkyMinds

We are delighted to bring you a new online wellbeing course run by BlueSkyMinds who work with key organisations including supporting Southern Cross staff.

The MAT (Managing Adversity Together) course provides practical tools to manage stress and pressure as individuals and in teams. The practices are easy to integrate into daily life promoting resilience and wellbeing. Using science-based solutions for healthy minds, it is a really interesting and proactive course.

These small group (12 pax) sessions will run for one hour per week for 4 weeks. There will be five cohorts of 12 people starting on different dates throughout October and November.

Thanks to WorkSafe we have heavily subsidised these sessions so the enrolment fee will be just $75+GST.

As there is a total availability of 60 places, we will operate on a first come first served basis and initial registrations will be restricted to just one person per organisation. However, we may be able to accept more than one person per organisation closer to the start date depending on demand.

Please note only those working for a New Zealand Winegrowers member organisation can register.

Please note upon registration your contact details will be shared with BlueSkyMinds, so that they contact you directly with a calendar invite, webinar link and welcome pack before commencement, which are necessary for attendance.

Who should sign up?

Anyone is welcome; however, those who are looking for tools to manage stress and pressure right now, will get the most value from the programme.

  • Attendees will need to commit to all four sessions, as they build on each other.
  • The attendees will need to set aside approximately 1-2 hours between sessions to apply and reflect on what they are learning.
